When you are experiencing symptom's from anxiety it is important tho get yourself out of "thinky" head and into "doing". Anxiety causes the levels of Cortisol or know as the stress hormone to rise quickly. I get people try some of the strategies below .
Bring a bottle of Water or a drink with them ,
Sit on a rocking chair or a or a spinning office chair and gentle let is rock or spin side to side ,
Eat a very strong mint or tasting sweet .
Sit with a pile of books on your knees to stop the shaking
Put some books in a ransack to try and get the tension out of shoulder's and neck .
